Pharoah Posted September 9, 2005 Report Posted September 9, 2005 Any of you ever seen an AC/DC tribute band?
EagleEye0 Posted September 9, 2005 Report Posted September 9, 2005 I hate tribute concerts. Theyre meaningless. Thats my opinion.
bazooka Posted September 9, 2005 Report Posted September 9, 2005 Any of you ever seen an AC/DC tribute band? Just this one. A great time was had by all.
Pharoah Posted September 9, 2005 Author Report Posted September 9, 2005 I don't like AC/DC in particular, but they are ok They are atleast on my iPod
Nicknameless Posted November 30, 2005 Report Posted November 30, 2005 I seen a Queen tribute band. Very well done.
Foxy Posted November 30, 2005 Report Posted November 30, 2005 I think alot of tribute concerts are good and well put together - I've seen a couple of Abba tribute bands, such as Bjorn Again, Voulez Vous, Mamma Mia etc and they were all pretty good - Bjorn Again being the best. It was fantastic as I'd never have the chance of seeing the real band live. I've never seen an AC/DC band around this area, but would be interested in seeing one.
nobody_home Posted December 1, 2005 Report Posted December 1, 2005 The best one I've seen was a Pink Floyd tribute band. The singer sounded exactly like David Gilmore. The show was interesting, because they played an hour long set of songs mostly from The Wall and WYWH. Then they had a big screen that played The Wizard of Oz, and they played the entire DSOTM album along with it.
