I've mentioned my favourite covers in the other threads already, but a more recent one I'm really digging is Disturbed covering Genesis' "Land of confusion".

HIM covering Chris Isaak's "Wicked game" also gets a mention

Oh, and White Stripes doing "Jolene".

"Blackbird" - Dionne Farris/Beatles

"Smells Like Teen Spirit" - Tori Amos/Nirvana

"One" - Aimee Mann/Three Dog Night/Nilsson

"Song To The Siren" - This Mortal Coil/Tim Buckley (Tim's original is the best vocal ever recorded)

And my new personal favorite: "Six Months In A Leaky Boat" - The Wiggles/Split Enz (or Tim Finn)

Later edit: forgot about "Found A Reason" - Cat Power/Velvet Underground. Not a VU fan, but I love this version of that song.
