We started a Songfacts group on Friendster: http://www.friendster.com/group/tabmain.php?statpos=mygroup&gid=24964 If you'd like to join, sign on to Friendster, add some of us as friends (you might need last name or email - mine is dearndugu@gmail.com) and check it out. You might want to use a gmail, hotmail or yahoo-type email for this. Since there has been some demand for a chat room and we've never found an elegant way to do it, I'd like to use the Friendster chat features. This way, if you guys want to chat, you can do it in there (and far away from the Songfacts server). Other advantages: A discussion board. This can be handy in the event of a meltdown on these boards because we can use it as a temporary solution. Photo sharing. A good way to stay in touch with each other. An instant group of friendster friends. We can leave testimonials to each other and have great standing in the friendster universe. Promotion for Songfacts. Yes, I just went to friendster.com and chose the sign up option. If you go to the main page you should be able to type your name and password in if you're already a member. Friendster is working great for me...just cant upload a photo right. It told me to wait a few minutes though, but other than that. Its pretty cool.
