Unfortunatly, sometimes I think they are just done for.Cos has the best plan, and when I get my new 'puter next month that's what I'm gonna do. My soninlaw's building me one!!

Believe it not.....peanut butter. I've heard it works great, but I've never tried it. You should probably look it up somewhere before attempting this one.

How is a laser going to read through peanut butter :: It's not transparent & seems it would only do more damage to the CD

You have to wipe the peanut butter off, but supposedly it does help. I heard it on a show, you know, something like "Hints from Heloise". I found it a little bit off the wall, too. I'm not sure I'd recommend it, but if you do a little research beforehand, it might be worth a shot.

You can get peanut butter out of your hair, by taking a piece of gum & sticking it in, it should pull it right out
