RonJonSurfer
You guys beat me to the punch on Sgt. Pepper. How about Brian May's regal "God Save The Queen" to end Queen's "A Night At The Opera". Bowie's Rock and Roll Suicide is a fitting and brilliant end to "Ziggy Stardust". bluesboy
One of the longest closers, I can't find a rough segue on Abbey Road until way in as far back as You Never Give Me Your Money - for the last 16 minutes everything builds and flows. edna
"Moonlight Mile", Rolling Stones "The End", Beatles (though the real end comes with "Her Majesty", but "The End" was the real end of Beatles albums...)

SoulGirl
i love the end of parachutes by coldplay - everything's not lost followed by the little codetta: now i never meant to do you wrong, that's what i came here to say so if i was wrong, well i'm sorry but don't let it get in our way cos my head just aches when i think of the things that i shouldn't have done and life is for living, we all know, and i don't wanna live it alone. also the secret track at the end of daisies of the galaxy - eels: mr e's beautiful blues. totally agree though that a day in the life is the best of all! OLD 55
I AGREE with "A Day In The Life". Kevin
" Where Did You Sleep Last Night ?" -- a Leadbelly cover from Nirvana's Unplugged album. A powerful, anguished, and slightly eerie ending given Cobain's suicide 5 months later.

Eggplant
I would say "40" by U2 off the War album. Also, "All I Want Is You" off of Rattle and Hum.
ImThatGuyToo
Led Zeppelin III- Hats Off To Roy Harper This song always catches me off guard, because III is a very acoustic, folksy album, and it ends nicely with Bron-Y-Aur Stomp (one of my favorite Zepp songs)...but then, out of nowhere, Hats Off starts and takes off into crazy delta blues.
