RonJonSurfer Posted April 19, 2005 Report Share Posted April 19, 2005 Art Garfunkel's Court Appearance Veteran crooner Art Garfunkel will appear in court Monday for speeding down a Wisconsin freeway last month. Paul Simon's musical partner Garfunkel was ticketed by the Wisconsin State Patrol for speeding 15 miles over the posted limit, to perform at a concert at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center in Appleton. The 63-year-old singer can avoid appearing at the Fond du Lac County Circuit Court, if he agrees to forfeit the $181 bond he posted for the traffic offense.
