RonJonSurfer
I forgot about our stalker/stalkee relationship for a moment. 03/19/87 This is what I see on your public profile. And I get mad every time I look at it because you were born the year I graduated from high school. } Don't feel so bad Peaches, 1987 was the year I bought my SECOND house! daslied
It's kind of a "news feed".
Tenacious_Peaches
I found this, but it didn't tell me much. I think das is right (of course), it's like a no-frills, up to the minute feed.
Farin
yes, that's a news feed! In some Browsers (like Firefox, not sure about IE) you can see the symbol "" in the address bar, where you can put a dynamic link and thus "subscribe" to the feed but you can also use extern programms like "Feedreader" or "AmphetaDesk" and dozens others... The Seeker
So that's where RonJon always gets his news from? I was already wondering where he always finds the news stories.
Farin
no, no! that means that you get the news from this thread, it basicaly means that you don't need to come here (to the forum) to read the posts in "Music News" so that's why I don't need it... I'm here my entire online time anyway...
The Seeker
Oh...well I won't even ask any further, this sounds too complicated for me. I should really do something about my lack of computer knowledge.
daslied
Seeker, how can you be 19 and lack computer knowledge? I thought they implanted chips into your brains now.
Farin
it's not that complicated, really if you'd use such a program, it will search automatically and tell you when there's a new post (or a new topic) in "Music News"...
The Seeker
Seeker, how can you be 19 and lack computer knowledge? I thought they implanted chips into your brains now. I know! Shawna
Well, I believe everything I read. I write stuff down, read it, and believe it. So I take everything RonJon makes up and memorize it, then wow my friends with knowledge of the "facts."
