PSYCHOcatholic
Imagine you had your own show...whether it be a soap opera...sitcom...drama...Womens Entertainment...lol.. What would the theme song be? Now remember, these shows are based on your life! Mine would be Boulevard of Broken Dreams by Green Day at this point in time of my life. Batman
It would be a sitcom about me (Batman) in a rest home. I am done with my super hero days, but still wear my costume. I also have a loveable yet annoying friend named Pete the Pirate. Everyone cheers when he walks in, and they really cheer and scream when he says his catchphrase, "Yargh" which he says whenever he is in a kooky situation. I also have a love interest named Julia, who just so happens to be half my age. And whenever she erotically walks into the set, the crowd whistles and says "woooooooh!" And then there is a character who gives out pills. Everyone cheers when he says his catchphrase "Whoooooooooooooooooooooooo wants some piiiiiiiiiiiiillllls?" In the pilot episode, Pete the Pirate has another one of his kooky 'get rich quick' schemes. He decides to sell the ever-so-convenient toothpaste in a spray-can. Me and Julia have to teach our illegitimate love child an important lesson when all the kids at school pick on her for being the only bearded little girl in school. We teach her that it is what is on the inside that counts. We close with a cutesy line said by the child such as "the inside is what counts? But my insides are filled with guts and intestines!" Then we will play the recurring saxaphone-rock n roll good time party song we play all the time. But the theme song will be this. (slow) Making your way as an old man Counting from 7 to 0 It's a hard thing to do when you used to be a super herooooooooooo (Fast good time rock n roll happy party) Batman's just trying to get along He's got a good friend Pirate Pete Him and Julia together at last Don't you think thats pretty neat? Batman! Batman! Batman! Old man! Old man! Old man! We're gonna make it to the stars! Oh yes we're going straight to those shiny stars!
RonJonSurfer
I always thought it should be "Born Late, '58" by Mott The Hoople...if for no other reason than I was. Modern Times Rock and Roll by Queen has the line "58 that was great, but it's over now and that's all. something harders gonna grab ya, gonna really knock a hole in the wall. Gonna hit youfrom behind and make you feel 10 feet tall" I'd be happy with either. :happybanana:
johnnymahoe
Johnny Mahoe of course: Listen to the story of Johnny Mahoe Pride of the hometown, number one school boy Never got in trouble, always kept his nose clean So when the news hit the town, nobody could believe what happened to Johnny Mahoe You see Johnny started hanging with the neighborhood thugs Boys wearing colors, the ones dealing drugs Initiaiton's over, Johnny's part of the gang Fighting for his colors, playing with his bang bang Johnny Mahoe CHORUS: Why hang around with the wrong crowd Why let them poison your mind It's okay, it's okay, turn and walk the other way You don't want to end up like Johnny Johnny Johnny Mahoe One day there was a clash between the blue and the red When the fighting was over, Johnny lay dead A single rose stands alone upon Jonny's grave Think nothing would have happened If Johnny Mahoe just turned and walked the other way Just walked the other way SOLO CHORUS Even though this song doesnt have anything to do with my life. Maybe Daniel by ELton John fits me better. Daniel is travelling tonight on a plane I can see the red tail lights heading for Spain Oh and I can see Daniel waving goodbye God it looks like Daniel, must be the clouds in my eyes They say Spain is pretty, though I've never been Well Daniel says it's the best place that he's ever seen Oh and he should know, he's been there enough Lord I miss Daniel, oh I miss him so much Daniel my brother you are older than me Do you still feel the pain of the scars that won't heal Your eyes have died, but you see more than I Daniel you're a star in the face of the sky Daniel is travelling tonight on a plane I can see the red tail lights heading for Spain Oh and I can see Daniel waving goodbye God it looks like Daniel, must be the clouds in my eyes Oh God it looks like Daniel, must be the clouds in my eyes Or Danny Boy Oh Danny boy, the pipes, the pipes are calling >From glen to glen, and down the mountain side The summer's gone, and all the roses falling 'Tis you, 'tis you must go and I must bide. But come you back when summer's in the meadow Or all the valley's hushed and white with snow 'Tis I'll be here in sunshine or in shadow Oh Danny boy, oh Danny boy, I love you so. But when you come, when all the flowers are dying If I am dead, as dead I well may be Then if you bend and tell me that you love me I?ll sleep in peace until you come to me But come ye back when summer's in the meadow Or all the valley's hushed and white with snow 'Tis I'll be here in sunshine or in shadow Oh Danny boy, oh Danny boy, I love you so. Uncle Joe
The opening theme from the TV show "The Lone Ranger". It's from The William Tell Overture. The words must be included. I'd close with the Looney Tunes' "That's All Folks". I have the sound files if you'd care to hear them.

Tenacious_Peaches
I'll think of a million more, but I'm quite fond of "I'm Every Woman". Queen Chaka, of course, not Crack Whore Whitney's version. CHORUS: I'm every woman, it's all in me Anything you want done, baby I'll do it naturally I'm every woman, it's all in me I can read your thoughts right now Every one from A to Z I can cast a spell With secrets you can't tell Mix a special brew Put fire inside of you But anytime you feel Danger or fear Instantly I will appear, 'cause CHORUS I can sense your needs Like rain on to the seeds I can make a rhyme Of confusion in your mind And when it comes down To some good old fashioned love That's what I've got plenty of, 'cause CHORUS I ain't braggin' 'cause I'm the one You just ask me ooh and it shall be done And don't bother to compare 'Cause I've got it I've got it, I've got it, yeah

Karhul
Stairway to Heaven - Led Zeppelin There's a lady whose sure All that glitters is gold And she's buying a stairway to heaven When she gets there she knows If the stores are all closed With a word she can get what she came for And she's buying a stairway to heaven There's a sign on the wall But she want's to be sure 'Cause you know sometimes words have two meanings In a tree by the brook There's a songbird who sings Sometimes all of our thoughts are misgiven It makes me wonder There's a feeling I get When I look to the west and my spirit is crying for leaving In my thoughts I have seen Rings of smoke through the trees And the voices of those who stand looking And it makes me wonder And it's whispered that soon If we all call the tune Then the piper will lead us to reason And a new day will dawn For those who stand long And the forest will echo with laughter If there's a bustle in your hedgerow Don't be alarmed now It's just a spring clean for the May queen Yes there are two paths you can go by But in the long run There's still time to change the road you're on And it makes me wonder Your head is humming and it won't go In case you don't know The piper's calling you to join him Dear lady can you hear the wind blow And did you know Your stairway lies on the whisperin' wind And as we wind on down the road Our shadows taller than our souls There walks a lady we all know Who shines white light and wants to show How everything still turns to gold And if you listen very hard The tune will come to you at last When all are one and one is all To be a rock and not to roll And she's buying a stairway to heaven...
