RonJonSurfer Posted January 29, 2005 Report Share Posted January 29, 2005 Black Sabbath to Play First Non-OZZfest Show Rocker Ozzy Osbourne will join his Black Sabbath band mates to headline this year's Roskilde Festival - the group's first gig since last year's annual OZZfest tour. The heavy metal pioneers will join bands including Green Day, Morrissey and Avril Lavigne for Europe's celebrated Danish festival, which will take place from June 30 until July 3. Organizers say the gig will be Black Sabbath's only summer festival appearance. It will also mark the "War Pigs" stars' first performance at an event other than OZZfest in more than two decades.
