MarcM
Danny Sugarman, manager for The Doors, passed away Wednesday at the age of 50 after a battle with lung cancer. Sugarman co-wrote the 1980 Doors biography No One Here Gets Out Alive and served as an advisor on Oliver Stone's 1991 film about the band. ?Danny is standing side-by-side with his great friend, Jim Morrison, and the two of them will now be laughing together into eternity,? Doors keyboardist Ray Manzarek said in a statement.
