kaptaindileeria
:: Well, right now I'm making a video for my significant other and I'm writting a song for it with my bestfriend. He's a musician, but I'm having trouble coming up with some new lyrics. It's a love song. If anyone could give me a few I'd see if they could be worked into the song. Thanks <3 Edited January 11, 2006 by Guest

edna
"I love you" Chris, this one has been written already... I suggest you try to write whatever you feel and post it in the last thread, "Creative writing".
Earth-Angel
How about listening to your favourite love songs and extracting lines that mean something to you both...that way it has alot of meaning and he'll appreciate your thought and effort. And like Edna said, post it in the Creative Writing Forum when you've completed it, we'd love to read it.
_jr_
Hey, was the name changed to Songwriters since my last visit?
Uncle Joe
One of my favorite "love" lines comes from Jack Nicholson's character in "As Good As It Gets". It's when he says to Helen Hunt's character..."You make me want to be a better man." Or, "you make me wish I were a better man." I think any woman would love to hear that from the man she loves. The Seeker
I heard on a John Lennon song, or rather a Yoko Ono-one, "You make me be myself."
miamisammy29
How about something like: "Baby, your stuff is so fine and big and round and juicy that when I see you It makes me wanna drop my goo all over you and your friend here too Ohhhh yeahhhh" Sorry. I've been listening to R. Kelly a lot lately.
