Carl
I see websites all over the place that claim to have their own radio, and many have nothing to do with music. It must be getting easier to do this, but I still don't know how.
Jimmy1104
Carl.....You necessarily do not have to place a radio per se on the site. Using .wmf or .ram files could work if you listed a large amount of songs. The user then can go onto the site and play a song in their player. I have seen a few sites that use this concept and created them as a jukebox. A good example of this is would be dapatchy's site. She has been on the net for quite a few years and her site has always been a popular one. Take a look Dapatchy.com . Halfway down the page you will find her various jukeboxes. My favorite there is her oldies jukeboxes Dapatchy's Oldies Jukeboxes . The quality of her songs vary but I am sure they can be made of better quality. The question I would be more concerned about are the legalities behind it. Aren't there songs that receive royalties every time they are played? Isn't that what Michael Jackson had with the Beatles library? Have a good day!
