Uncle Joe Posted October 28, 2004 Report Posted October 28, 2004 I used to play hockey and we had a CD of songs to play when we took to the ice for our warm-ups. One song that always got me flying and the juices flowing was from The Spencer Davis Group (Stevie Winwood) called "Keep On Running". Another song to consider, though it's a bit hackneyed by now is "Who Let The Dogs Out"....hoot hoot!
edna Posted October 28, 2004 Report Posted October 28, 2004 Smashmouth... good idea! It really helps! I´ve tried that song on another purpose (waking up early and feeling I´m gonna eat the world)...
Earth-Angel Posted October 28, 2004 Report Posted October 28, 2004 Smashmouth... good idea! It really helps! I´ve tried that song on another purpose (waking up early and feeling I´m gonna eat the world)... :: Beware world, edna's serious!! I've been told the French will eat anything!! How about "we are the champions" for a bit of feel-good pre-match spirit!
rkfan413 Posted October 28, 2004 Report Posted October 28, 2004 this may sound stupid, but songs by the spice girls sometimes get me pumped up. at this one swim meet of mine, they started to play "wannabe" over the speakers, and all of the girls got so excited, it was really cool.
_Jayson_ Posted October 28, 2004 Report Posted October 28, 2004 You could try "Higher Ground" by RHCP Maybe "Guerilla Radio" by rage against the machine Also "Cowboys from Hell" - Pantera
