RBB 0
Written September 23, 2004 Dreamer Verse 1 Since the beginning, it?s been such a ride. All of these feelings, just won?t subside. From the first to final, to everything in between, From the emotions on the surface, to the actions behind the scenes. Chorus To, to, be up on that stage, in front of these fans Feel it in the air, as they raise their hands, Releasing what?s inside of you, pouring it out. Hearing them screaming, hearing them shout, It?s just the start, no, not merely the end. It may be make belief to you, But it?s not pretend. Verse 2 Bruises and bumps are a daily desire, Those who hold doubt, bring light to our fire. Believe in yourself for you can achieve that great goal. Look at what?s inside of you, look deep into your soul. Bridge As we grow up we all possess a dream. At such a young age, what does this mean? Does it mean that we are dreamers. Or does it mean we can do, Just look inside yourself, is it in you? Chorus To, to, be up on that stage, in front of these fans Feel it in the air, as they raise their hands, Releasing what?s inside of you, pouring it out. Hearing them screaming, hearing them shout, It?s just the start, no, not merely the end. It may be make belief to you, But it?s not pretend. {{{{End}}}} By Robert Blackburn I wrote this song about my backyard wrestling days but it turned into performing on stage.
