Lu Yerna
I don't know if this topic has been discussed before, but I would still like to know. I am inquiring about the meaning of the song "The Battle of Evermore" by Led Zeppelin. I have heard speculation that its about The Lord of the Rings books, but my sources cannot be trusted. MindCrime
I've heard this analogy before, rumored that Robert Plant had a fascination with Tolkien?s writing. Sandy Denny coincidently has a duet on this song, and Led Zeppelin only performed it live once in 1977. More Info Here Edit: there's no songfact for this song, so I sent in a request. With the information gathered, a few song facts can now be added. Edited Again: I guess they have it set up so songs beginning with The start at T, I didn't realize this, so hopefully my request goes disregarded.
