Carl
The big news isn't that Eddie Vedder sang "Take Me Out To The Ballgame" at Wrigley Field last night, it's that he did it during the World Series. At Pearl Jam shows, he often makes a big deal about the crew (many members have been with the band for decades) and other folks who do their dirty work. Fitting then that he took the opportunity to thank David Ross, the scrappy catcher who was likely playing his last game in the park. The Cubs pulled it out but it's not looking good: They're still down 3-2 as the series moves to Cleveland.
Otokichi
Gee, if The Cubs do tank, does that mean "Major League" finally came true for Cleveland? Edited November 1, 2016 by Otokichi Hawaii doesn't have a professional sports team, so we root for whomever we like...

Otokichi
The curse of 1908 is now History! (Charlie Sheen doesn't get to strut his "Wild Thing" stuff in Cleveland,,,this year.;) A song written by diehard Chicago Cubs fan, Steve Goodman... Another Steve Goodman song that Songfacts knows nothing about... Edited November 3, 2016 by Otokichi It's more interesting than Sinatra's "Chicago" song,,,
