Since I've been sharing my poetry with certain people on FB and leaving some around town I've decided to share with anyone interested. Why publish when the end goal is the same as what I've already been doing? I never did want to make money from this, so social sites work best. Enjoy! The Last Light Trapped Between darkness and the abyss of deep sea Freedom From my unknown captor I desperately seek Silenced Voices I had to spread these words Blinded My eyes which looked upon evil worlds Longing For unknown talons to loosen their grip Holding My position trying not to slip Relieved Finally noticing a small breach in heavy keeper's wall Hoping To reach it before I'm swallowed by sea's squall Glowing My last light will shine for a short time this day Glistening Red light of my eye along clear waters of a calm bay Edited March 24, 2015 by Guest Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
