I'm considering buying them, but I'd like to know the opinion of my fellow Songfactor's first Do they sound better than on previous releases? andy7 Posted August 12, 2014 Author Report Share Posted August 12, 2014 I purchased the 3 album 2014 remasters set and I must say, I like them very much! I'm not a sound engineer or anything like that (I'll have to ask some of my sound engineer friends what they think), but from what I can tell, there is more clarity to the individual tracks within the songs. Since I am mainly a bassist, that's what I first noticed whenever I listen to music. And to me, the bass sounds a lot clearer and a lot chunkier, as if there it more of a kick from it.
