Rayzor Posted February 8, 2014 Report Share Posted February 8, 2014 As a huge Hip fan I know Downie writes alot of symbolic lyrics but doesn't care to talk about what he was thinking during the writing. I've seen him interviews & the most he said about the lyrics was that it would have different meanings depending on the listener. He's very quiet and keeps a low profile.
