I don't get how this is a numbered 10, if the songs are already in the archive.

Because not all the nominations were in the archive .... there was the possibility of some songs making the final ten, and I wanted them to be able to be placed in the archive. In the end, all the songs were already on the list - so it doesn't really matter. No big deal.
