I didn't vote for "Sultans of Swing" because to me it isn't a summer song.

I didn't include it in my list, either, for the same reason.

There is nothing about the song that makes me think summer.

I didn't vote for Thin Lizzy, either, for the same reason.

There is a line in the song that says, "The nights are getting warmer, it won't be long

It won't be long till summer comes"

but that places the song in a spring setting and the one mention of summer doesn't make it a summer song for me.

Otherwise I would have voted for both if they fit the criteria for the special.

That's ok, though. There were plenty of other songs to choose from.
