Mike
Now, aside from an obvious shared title (e.g. Footloose) A few examples ... (Don't you) Forget about me, by the Simple Minds, and The Breakfast Club. The Power of Love by Huey Lewis and the News, and Back to the Future. Both coincidentally from the year 1985. These songs an indelibly associated with these films, one cannot hear the song without envisioning the film. In fact both have music videos mix film scenes with the song as well. Earth-Angel
^^ KEN!! Look everyone, it's KEN!! Lust for life (Iggy Pop) from Trainspotting. I remember I was just too young to see this when it came out and was "forbidden to see such filth!" by my mom (but did anyway) and loved every rebellious second of it. Good times

Fast-Debrid
I think nothing can top High Musical Trilogy and Grease in that aspect. They're musicals. hihih Edited October 27, 2011 by Guest
