The Rolling Stones’ memoir, “Life,†has sold more than 1 million copies since coming out last fall. “Hail to the Keef!†Little, Brown and Company publisher Michael Pietsch said in a statement Thursday, noting that “Life†was among the best-selling rock memoirs of all time. Lucky
You know the memories are a bit selective, but who cares, it's a fun read, I enjoyed it. Good for Keef.

JumboXL
"Keith Richards has gone platinum as an author." Author, huh, aahhemm, I doubt that qualification.. But it is a wonderful book, that's for sure.
pinkstones
Well, authors don't really go "platinum", but I think it's neat they used that designation since he's also a musician. I too think it's a great book, and what he may lack in coherent memory recall, he more than makes up for in gut-busting humor.

Lucky
Try to make the time edna ... you'd enjoy it. It's a pretty fast read, and isn't particularly deep, but it's really good.
TheLizard
Definitely worth reading. The drug stories and Mick-bashing are funny and entertaining, but it's the musical insights that make the book. Throughout all the drama he never forgets that his life is about music more than anything else. It gave me even more respect for him than I already had.
