goldfinger
Jim Steinman had quite a few hits in the 1980s... maybe some of his best work was with Bonny Tyler..... Total Eclipse of the Heart..... Faster than the Speed of Night... Im holding on for a Hero .... Andy Webber approached him .. back in the 1980s .....to work as lyricist on Phantom of the Opera but Jim turned him down ............ ( bad career move Jim ! ) Very sad if the guy is unwell these days... just those 3 songs of Bonny Tylers are all classics and they put a bit of umph into the 1980s. The guy is no mean pianist either ! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y8Pry...eature=related .
Shawna
Jim Steinman was to Meatloaf what Bernie Taupin was to Elton John.
