Jump - Kris Kross 10. Beautiful People, The - Marilyn Manson Lotta good pop chud nominated. It got kinda hard to narrow down once I hit 20 songs. I was wary of voting for the ABBA song since it's not their best one (I'd have voted for "The Day Before You Came" and "Lay All Your Love On Me" to the top of the list ). Ombre Vivante Posted February 25, 2011 Report Share Posted February 25, 2011 Guilty pleasure to me doesn't necessarily mean that you should feel bad for liking it, rather that it's one of those songs that you like, but you can't explain why. Hair metal doesn't really tickle my fancy, but for some reason Here I Go Again and Heaven are two songs I can totally rock out to and not think twice. Yeah, a Guilty Pleasure is something that goes against one's own sense of aesthetic. I could say I hate Boy Bands and Girl Groups, but there are a few songs that have catchy hooks and lyrics. In some instances, though, I probably wouldn't admit liking such things in public (i.e., to people who are acquainted with me)... which is kinda funny when some get to know me better and see that I like such-and-such Example: I'd never admit to listening to cartoon theme songs to anyone I'm acquainted with. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k0HKc3B5EPA Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
