Yes, this is from the largest Classic Rock formatted station in New York City (and I believe in the US). I totally agree with you about Springsteen. I'm a Jersey guy, but not a big Bruce fan. The Stones have many songs that rank higher than any Bruce song in my book.

The only song in history where a once great song is the indicator of a beginner guitarist.

Yep. You can get it streamed from their website. They also have lots of great interviews, photos, concert footage, etc. They also give online access to HD Radio stations throughout the country.

They rank Jessica as the greatest song by the Allman Brothers? What about Statesboro Blues, Rambling Man, Midnight Rider or Whipping Post? I believe all of those songs are superior to Jessica.

As for Stairway To Heaven, it's still my favourite Zep song, although it certainly doesn't merit a position as the greatest rock song of all time.

I guess I'm alone in this, but if someone were to ask me what the greatest rock song of all time is, I would without question say Stairway.

I mean, I truly think that Stairway is a masterpiece of a song. Yea, sure, it's over talked about, and constantly built up, and overplayed in it's own way, but I think it's an incredible song.
