RonJonSurfer
In a world where bad news is often the order of the day...your new order of the day should be The McRib Sandwich from McDonalds. Yes, I am aware of all that is bad when it comes to consuming a McRib, but I also fondly remember all that is good about it too. November 2nd is circled in BBQ sauce on my calendar. http://www.theepochtimes.com/n2/content/view/44192/

Carl
The truly dedicated used to go on McRib tours to the markets where McDonald's was serving this delicacy. I think Homer went on one in an episode of The Simpsons.
RonJonSurfer
I think you are correct. It may have been a Ribwich or something like that...but we knew what it really was.

I also love the other the amalgamated meats .... bologna, hot dogs (not the all beef ones), spam, and the ever famous but ever mysterious potted meat. Jenny
I remember the McRib! Against my better judgement, I'll probably have one if it's at the local McDs.

RonJonSurfer
I went to McDonald's last night and met an old friend...yes, this old friend happened to be smothered in BBQ sauce, raw onion and a famous McDonald's pickle. Imagine my joy when I walked up to my local Micky D's and saw a simple sign on the door that said "McRib is back...$2.99 Sandwich $5.99 Meal". The original article about the McRib indicated that it was coming back on November 2nd, but here it was, ready to eat. It has now been about 14 hours since I savored my McRib...no ill effects. Let me say, simply, softly and with definite purpose..."I'll be back Old Friend".
