blind-fitter's Personal Top Ten

Recommended Posts

The restless crowd of punks came to slam, smarm and otherwise lose themselves in some exploding rock. They did not come to wait any longer than they have been. Just in time to save a revolt, the house lights dim while the band makes its way up on the stage. A single spotlight shines on the front microphone stand. Our hero strides up to it with a snarl on his lips, over which commands a crescendoed eyebrow of rebuke; as if daring the audience to make any untoward comment. Suddenly, he notices a pretty young girl in designer jeans and pink blouse, among the spiked hair and leather-wristbanded crowd. She pushes closer to him and asks for an autograph. His snarl warms to a puppydog smile. The eyebrow relaxes and the eyes moisten. He turns back to his mates and says, "They love us!" With this much impetus the group dives into a massive 50 song set! And now kids:

Get well soon Blusey. We'll be looking forward to your swift recovery :content:

I can't believe three of us actually put Butthole surfers on our PTT's :D I've never heard that one, but I'm not sure I've heard any of the songs on your list BF.

It'll take me some time to listen but I'm really looking forward to listening. I found a couple new song favorites from your last PTT so I'm excited about this one as well. I may end up with a couple more :D

Devotion to listening time essential. Very happy with the above results. Thanks for intros to all these new songs, BF (though I knew Ampersand.)

BTW - an interesting juxtaposition in your nomination list:

"I Saw An X-Ray Of A Girl Passing Gas"

"I Envy The Wind"

:)
