MindCrime
[big]ROUND 5[/big] * No nominations are required, as the songs have been selected from our previous 25 top tens. * Voting rules will be exactly the same as the normal top tens - rank your favourite songs in the list from 1-10, and 10 points will be given to your number 1 song, 9 for number 2 etc. * It would be difficult to come up with a top ten from all 250 songs, so the songs have been seeded and split into fair groups. * The results will be announced in about 5 days from the start date of this thread. * This is Group 5 of 5, and this group contains 50 songs. The five 10s will then be merged together to form a group, and then we will vote on these songs to form the Ultimate Top Ten. 21st Century Schizoid Man - King Crimson (1969) A Forest - The Cure (1980) Alison - Elvis Costello (1977) All Down The Line - The Rolling Stones (1972) All Those Years Ago - George Harrison (1981) Alone - Heart (1987) Barbara Ann - The Beach Boys (1965) Cold As Ice - Foreigner (1977) Dance To The Music - Sly & The Family Stone (1968) Denis - Blondie (1977) Dirty Water - Standells (1966) Don't Stand So Close To Me - The Police (1980) Dreams - The Cranberries (1993) Expresso Love - Dire Straits (1980) Free Your Mind - En Vogue (1992) Gimme All Your Lovin' - ZZ Top (1983) Gloria - Patti Smith (1975) Glycerine - Bush (1994) Head Over Heels - Tears For Fears (1985) Hold The Line - Toto (1978) Holly Jolly Christmas - Burl Ives (1965) Hot For Teacher - Van Halen (1984) I Don't Want To Know - Fleetwood Mac (1977) If - Bread (1971) I'm Still Standing - Elton John (1983) It Takes Two - Marvin Gaye & Kim Weston (1966) It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year - Andy Williams (1963) Jingle Bell Rock - Bobby Helms (1957) Last Nite - The Strokes (2001) Leather And Lace - Stevie Nicks & Don Henley (1981) Love - John Lennon (1970) (Love Is Like a) Heat Wave - Martha and the Vandellas (1963) Margaritaville - Jimmy Buffett (1977) Old Man Down The Road, The - John Fogerty (1985) Please Come Home For Christmas - Eagles (1978) Pop Song 89 - R.E.M.
