JumboXL 0
Cozy Powell had a hitrecord with Dance with the Devil, . The chorus of this song is an exact copy of the guitar chorus of Jimi Hendrix' Third Stone from the Sun, from 1967: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EUg7xl4kKUw . This is simply acknowledged as a fact in wikipedia. I cannot remember any fuzz about plagiarism, when Dance with the Devil was released in 1974. What was it then, ignored plagiarism, or permitted reuse of a wonderful melody line, or anything inbetween? Edited November 5, 2009 by Guest
