Try this one, though: "Time Out Of Mind." That's their most overt song about drugs. "Deacon Blues" talks about drinking scotch whiskey all night long and dying behind the wheel Gotta love 'em ::

Although I can't remember who said it, I have heard it said that doing heroin was like having your head sawed off, only a lot slower. I can't see glorifying something like that by writing about it. But the Ramones contribution to this venue would be "Chinese Rocks".

Doesn't necessarily glorifies heroin. Velvet Underground and Lou Reed are know for singing about the darker side of drugs, unlike hippies singing about love and pretty colors. I think this song is about the addiction and depression, not about the high itself.
