Lea Posted July 14, 2009 Report Share Posted July 14, 2009 Kings Of Leon Fight (Monday July 13, 2009 05:06 PM) Kings Of Leon almost came to blows after headlining T In The Park, it's been reported today. The band topped the Main Stage bill on Friday but sound problems apparently prompted fighting between Caleb Followill and the rest of the quartet. He, brothers Nathan and Jared and cousin Matthew reportedly had to be separated by their tour manager. Caleb's frustration was clear during the set when he smashed his Gibson guitar before hurling it into the crowd. "He [Caleb] was livid about the sound and took out his anger on stage without considering the consequences," The Sun quote a source as saying. "His guitar is now ruined. The crowd were oblivious to the sound difficulties but the Kings want every show to be perfect. "When they came off stage tempers flared and they were effing and blinding at each other," the source continued. "It was really nasty before their tour manager stepped in. They were even threatening to pull out of Oxegen." The band did eventually play Dublin's Oxegen Festival, but concern over their future continues to grow after similar fiery scenes at this year's Brit Awards bash.
