Farin
With their hit "Orgasm Addict" they even shocked their own Hardcore scene at the end of the 70s: The Buzzcocks from the UK belong to the veterans of the Punk movement. SPIEGEL ONLINE and Fabchannel show their concert in the Amsterdam "Paradiso". watch the full concert here
Epiphany
Wow, I thought that they were formed like in the 90s. I heard "What Do I Get?" when I was younger, and just assumed that they were from the present time.
blind-fitter
That must be because their string of classic singles sound so fresh and timeless, and have been so influential on that strand of melodic pop-punk that has proliferated in recent years. Buzzcocks actually formed in 1976 by original vocalist Howard Devoto (who later fronted the equally influential post-punk combo Magazine) and Pete Shelley; one of the very first bands to form as a direct result of the Sex Pistols phenomenon (when the latter were still an explosion waiting to happen) and the first UK punk band to release a single on an independent record label. In so doing, they also played a major part in spawning the DIY / indie-scene. Really, one of the most underrated bands of all time, in my view.
