OLD 55
Not Bobby or Gene. He does resemble Chris Isaak, doesn't he ? Maybe Chris is his lovechild. And they do did have something in common too !

OLD 55
Well done CanAm ! Lucky's right - that's the man. Started as an Elvis sound alike, made #1 with the monster Hit "It's Only Make Believe". Crossed to Country Music, becoming one of it's biggest ever stars. My next clue was going to be greeting someone (hopefully a lady) with "Hello Darlin". And what about the Top 40 ? Can you see it OK ? Do you like it ? I'd love to know. edna
I can see it and I like it... but why "(I Was) Born To Cry" isn´t there? It just had my vote? I don´t quite get it, but that´s normal cause my brain is seriously damaged after the life I lived...
OLD 55
Thanks Elena. I'm glad somebody looked at it and liked it. I appreciate that. I tried to make it as much like the old Top 40 Charts as possible, with 'weeks in', 'last week's/ this week's positions' - even 'bullets' for best performers this week. Existing songs all start with a number of points determined by their positions each week. We move them up or down according to our plus or minus votes. New songs have no guarantee of getting in unless others support their nominations. 6 Points proved to be the benchmark this week and 'Can't Help Falling In Love' received a +4 and a +2. Of the seven new songs this week, the highest debuting song, 'Runaway', was given a total of 23 points by six people. I'll start the voting for Top 40 #3 tomorrow.
