Earth-Angel
Surprised he doesn't ask for his kids to be split in half as well - I mean he donated his sperm which makes up half of them, right?

Lea
He would never win if it went that far. Possession is 9/10 of the law The guy is a joke and not a very good one at that. Bet his kids are just loving him.
Earth-Angel
Seriously though - does he want to be the cause of his kids growing up without a mom or a mom who can't be there for them because she is too sick to? I mean he understands the kidney isn't likely to be removed, but how is she going to be there for them time and money-wise if he is wanted all that money out of nothing from her? Shawna
Men don't think in those highly evolved terms when it comes to divorce. they think, "The stupid b*tch doesn't deserve anything! Take it all! I don't want her to have anything that's mine!" with nary a thought to the kids' welfare. At least that's been my experience.
Kevin
^ True . that's the first impulse , anyway . I wondered if he is trying , also , to deplete his fortune on lawyers in a 'if I can't have it no one will ' settlement...?
Ombre Vivante
^ True . that's the first impulse , anyway . I wondered if he is trying , also , to deplete his fortune on lawyers in a 'if I can't have it no one will ' settlement...? I sure as hell would. I would transfer as much of my money and wealth outside of my name, so she would get diddly. The alternative would be to blow it all in an extravagant lawsuit
