A little Spanish, and some Italian and French.

(The Italian and French has just been picked up from years of playing and reading classical music... I wouldn't dare try to communicate with someone in those two.... but I can ask for directions and introduce myself and some other stuff in Spanish)

a little bit of German

I speak a bit of Swahili but not as well as UncleJoe...

Russian with my mother; French with myself and my friends and my books and my songs. Spanish every day. English...

I´m learning Italian right now, I love it... and a friend of mine is sending me emails in Portugese (le lives in Brezil) so I found out I understand Portugese, which I totally ignored.

I speak a bastardised version of "spanish" - the kind from Latin America  I can read some Japanese katakana and hiragana, but I have no idea what it all means. I can also understand a word or two from other Romance languages (i.e., Italian, Portuguese, and a bit of French). I wanted to learn Korean because of a girl I fancied, but I never got around to learning any words :beatnik:
