Not surprised that previously I had not exposed myself to 75% of the songs on your list, Martin. Nor that I had never even heard of half the artists on your list. But I was surprised at how, in each song's own way, nearly all borrowed heavily from the period of time when I first started to listen to R&R. SFers are linked in this manner. Thanks for this experience; and in case no one has mentioned it lately, Happy Birthday! (SF is the better for that day having happened.)
