Farin
you can make a video with a song and just one image, what program are you using? Windows Movie Maker? as for the file types, youtube accepts the most common ones, since they have to be converted internally by them anyway... so .mpg, .avi, .wmv all shouldn't be a problem
Jimmy1104
I do not recall the last time I was here. It must be a couple of years. I see many are still around and I am not surprised by Edna's post numbers! LOL Here is a video I made prior to the US elections of 2008. I used photos to get the point across. The song we all know, a Temptations classic. Enjoy! Ball of Confusion

lonelyday
Aaarrghhh! New problem. I've tried putting a particular song onto Windows Movie Maker, but I get this message... "The file cannot be imported because the codec required to play the file is not installed on your computer. If you have already tried to download and install the codec, close and restart Windows Movie Maker, and then try to import the file again." I have no idea what that means, anyone able to translate? Farin
that means that WMM doesn't support that audio file... what kind is it? probably not an mp3 or wma you could have trouble when it's ogg or some real player format
lonelyday
It says it's mp4...is there anyway to convert songs like that? It's weird coz it's in itunes on my computer and I thought they converted everything to wma...but maybe not.
Farin
Yeah, sure there are... I don't use it often, so it could be that there are far better programs, but I have the Free Audio Converter for stuff like that.
Farin
Rappoport's Testament: I Never Gave Up ~ Chumbawamba "Inspired by Primo Levi's autobiographical novel "Moments of Reprieve", about life in Nazi concentration camps." (chorus) And if you survive me I never gave up Tell them this I never gave up And if you survive me I never gave up Tell them this Almost as if I were planning ahead I drank, I ate, I made love I learnt to snatch whatever I could I never asked for pity and I never gave up (Repeat chorus) Twenty months I kept accounts And in the end they'll balance out Sometimes I vomit happy memories Sometimes I laugh out loud just to crack my face (Repeat chorus) And if I meet Hitler in the other place I'll spit this precious soup in his face And all my accounts will be settled, you see 'Cause Hitler never ever got the better of me (Repeat chorus) I never gave up, I never gave up I crawled in the mud but I never gave up I never gave up, I never gave up I crawled in the mud but I never gave up ...
