Shawna
jeez, I just got done watching his "7 Words" routine, the "football vs. baseball," and the "cats and dogs." This guy's stuff has become part of Americana. He was a genius!
Jenny
I saw him at a live performance maybe 6-7 years ago. A big loss for the world of comedy.
MindCrime
My favorite joke by him was Did you hear the one about the gay man who was run over by a car? The doc came to the parents and told them he had some good news and bad news. "The bad news first", he said. "Your son is in a coma and looks like he'll never come out of it". "What possibly could be good news, doc?" asked the dad. "Well, he WAS a fruit, now he's a vegetable!" R.I.P.

Lea
He was my favorite comedian I've watched him for years. He was one of those comedian's that never got old. The young people today like him as much as my generation did. He will be missed
Uncle Joe
As the Hippy Dippy Weather Man (very early in his career) he was the first to deliver this often repeated forecast: "The forecast for tonight: Dark." RIP George.

Ken
Carlin will be sorely missed. His view on religion changed my way of thinking. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction, George. May Joe Pesci bless you....
MuzikTyme
Bless his soul even though I ponder his belief in atheism now. Thanks for the laughs, Georgy!!!
Mike
I did find his "perceptions" approach to life questions funny. The 7 words bit was revolutionary. He was a bit hard on religion, I wonder what he was thinking about God just before he died?! I hope he saw the light. Peace be with all the Carlin family!
