I just visualize that if at the end of one cycle the next abruptly begins that people might have a tendency to forget the first list too soon and withhold a thought. Perhaps not ... thoughts from others? I agree, which is why I always try to leave the previous individual's PTT locked at the top of the forum until at least Monday or longer, so that it is easily noticable by anyone voting on the new one. And by the way, I feel 5 days is just fine, in whatever form. Everyone needs to remember that doing this is a big commitment by the person running it. How long do we want it to drag on?
