Levis
The Al Pacino mention reminds me of his scene in Scent of a Woman. That counts, right? It has me transfixed every time.

TheLizard
I think the obvious one is "To Kill A Mockingbird", especially when the crowd stands as Atticus Finch exits.

Shawna
In the movie "Chicago" there's a hysterical and well-acted courtroom scene where Richard Gere, as the attorney, does a "tap dance."

Otokichi
Nearly any point in "Judgement At Numremburg" once the trial begins! Then there's the trial sequence in "The Caine Mutiny," climaxing with Humphrey Bogart's "ball bearing" moment." This Man
Fried Green Tomatoes has a good courtroom scene. All of Me with Steve Martin and Lily Tomlin is screamingly funny and has a great courtroom scene. And remember the episode of Seinfeld in which Kramer is a witness for Newman when he's trying to beat a speeding ticket? One of my favorites and it ends with a nice little bit of slapstick.
