Kevin
Indeed , your skin has likely adapted to the point of making you a piggly-pink Englishman by now ... You won't be able to go out into any sun without turning lobster-red .

The Seeker
Every time I open this thread, I get Hi Heel Sneakers stuck in my head (yes, the song I only know it through Quadrophenia... Cross Section's version of the song), but I never really thought about what that might be Edited May 15, 2008 by Guest
MuzikTyme
You think sneakers are bad. Just wait until you have the boots-are-made-for-walkin' laid into you. I learned from my first wife...the hard way! Booty excluded.
invisible_r
They exist they are not sneakers/trainers! they are just laced up shoes. I think they look cool, tried a pair on but felt I looked like a librarian or school teacher so I didn't buy them

Jenny
I can't get over how a strappy sandal like that can cost hundreds of dollars.....not much to it, is there? They're cute, but they're for people with cute feet, and that is NOT me.
edna
I can't get over how a strappy sandal like that can cost hundreds of dollars..... Just like some paintings, Jenny... I totally agree with you. I rarely buy my clothes, my friends always give me amazing stuff they bought and didn´t fit (yes, sometimes it´s good to be petite ) Even shoes. Too bad my beloved Reebok are not in their lists...

Red Fish
i've never understood the appeal of high heels, all they do is break your ankles, mess with your legs, and make you fall down i know having worn my fair share in my time
