Levis
What is the most efficient way to contribute additional facts for a song? I've got some tidbits on There's No Other Way and For Tomorrow and was wondering how to get them up.
Farin
use the normal form, or a mail or maybe even a PT? I would like to know what Carl would like best too
Carl
You can use the form for those. We get a lot of stuff that is additional info on existing songs.
Levis
My songfacts are lost I think... I mean they haven't been put up yet anyway. I gave really fun facts for those (^^) songs using the SF form - but it's been more than a month and there's no sign of them.

Levis
Just two: 1. For Tomorrow - Blur (I gave this one in two sets) 2. There's No Other Way - Blur I sourced both to a book on Britpop

Carl
Got em Radhi. They'll be up soon. Sidenote on Blur: Back in 1991, they were trying to break the American market and their record company was pressuring radio stations to play "There's No Other Way." To appease, we added it to our nightly Top 8 countdown. We used callers as guest DJs to introduce the songs, but since no one cared about Blur, we had to beg them to introduce the song. After a few days of this, our program director is doing the show and trying to get some girl to say "At #6, it's 'There's No Other Way' by Blur." After repeated tries, he settled for her best take: "At #6 it's 'There's No Other Way' by Blerf." The next day, we dropped the song.
Levis
Oooh that is a shame... but not really unexpected since at the time Blur were all for promoting an anti-grunge, pro-Brit movement. Damon Albarn was not happy when Oasis managed to destroy that self-loathing mindset that was so popular in America with Wonderwall going on regular rotation. PS: Thanks for finding my facts! Kevin
Blur was mostly the '80s sound taken a bit too long into the '90s though they did have a few good songs .
