actually, no. I just thought of the number...

Where I work (a small retail specialty store) we send out mailers with - coupons for 20% off - every 3 months or so, and usually get a pretty good return. A couple of years ago I suggested we offer 22.5% off instead, just because the number was weird and it would make people wonder.

Sure 'nuff, we got a bigger response with that one than we had with all the other ones.

honestly laur, I can't. I don't much like live albums. I can take a suggestion, something someone wanted to nominate but couldn't. The one I managed to think of is good and should be on the list. None of our 70sphiles even mentioned it, and I was probably 3 when it was released.

Criminy Shannon, now you've got me all adither, wondering what I've missed! :P:D

I think (notice the italics) that we shall have a decision, and possibly be opening the voting, for all of you restless folks sometime today, so if you've got something, you'd better get cracking! :)

I can read your thoughts now:

What's this? Now this guy nominates a Hip-Hop album?? and not only that - it's a GERMAN hip-hop album? :wacky:... hey they recorded it in a CAVE

how does a UNPLUGGED hip hop album sound anyway?... I'll just have a short listen...

Neues Land

Millionen Legionen

Tag am Meer

and just as an afterthought, I noticed this comment on the above mentioned last.fm page:

uncle_aubrey:

"Wonderful. I can't stand German rap, but the jazzy, funky, acoustic tunes on this album really pay off. Jetz geht's ab! :)"

Did the Beatles' Rooftop Concert ever get released on CD?

It´s just three songs, Fin... I guess there must be some bootleg records but it wasn´t worth it making it "official". There are lots of bootleg "let It Be" sessions, I bet the rooftop cncert is in more than one of them...
