I found it. It's not an ale, but a lambic (whatever that is...)Lindemans Framboise Lambic.

I'm a fan of any brand of heiffeweizen.

Hefeweizen is undoubtedly one of the best beer styles in the world. Weihenstephaner and Schofferhofer Hefeweizen are both amazing beers. Porter is my personal favourite style, though.

My favourite beers have been organised for you at my beeradvocate.com profile. I don't think you need to register to view my list or reviews. For those who can't be bothered looking, my favourite is St Bernardus Abt 12.

I had a Guinness Draught for St Patrick's Day - it still tastes as crap as I thought before I was a beer fan. Guinness Extra Stout is so much better.

Anything dyed green!

Beer from green bottles aren't that good (i.e., Becks, Heineken). From what I recall, the darker the bottle, the better the fermentation and preservation of the reaction. The lighter colour of the bottle, the faster it will go down in quality. I think that's how it goes... I shoulda gone into fermentation science, but, then, SoCal isn't known for having that kind of industry (we just drink the stuff  ).
