NSU is a form of venereal disease that Eric Clapton had supposedly been afflicted with. #1 Fresh Cream. See the 'Did You Know?' section half way down the page. #2 EC FAQ. You have to fish a little. It's quite a ways into the text. This also contends that although the song is credited to Jack Bruce, Bruce once claimed that Ginger Baker was the writer.
