Jugband_Blues 0
Butch Cassidy & the Sundance Kid! as demonized as Bolivian police may have been, they were still the bank robbers. (p.s. love your signature, tenacious peaches)
Tenacious_Peaches 0
Thanks, Jugband! Did you watch Arrested Development or are you a fan of naps? I fall under both categories.

_Laurie_ 11
I'm trying to think of some female one's too. How about Kathy Bates in "Misery" or Joan Crawford in "Mommy Dearest"...
MuzikTyme 0
Those two are definitely hard to beat. ^ But what about Dr. Smith always throwing the monkey wrench into Will Robinson's robot?... As well as the spacecraft?
Steel2Velvet 0
(p.s. love your signature, tenacious peaches) And the woman behind the signature? Loved even more.
Ombre Vivante 0
How about Kathy Bates in "Misery" or Joan Crawford in "Mommy Dearest"... They're the most famous, but they play the antagonists i.e., the whole story is not told from their perspective, nor are we made to sympathise with them. Here are a few movies with bona fide anti-heroines: Baise-Moi Bang I Spit On Your Grave Ms. 45 La Pianiste Positive I.D. They Call Her "One-Eye" (aka "Thriller: A Cruel Picture") With the exception of La Pianiste, they're all revenge movies, so you're rooting for someone who isn't completely bad. Ombre Vivante 0
There's also Theresa Russell in Whore, which was directed by Ken Russell (no relation to the actress) as a response to Pretty Woman
Ombre Vivante 0
If you want action-packed mayhem, there's Lady Terminator

Steel2Velvet 0
I'd have to give the alltime best/worst anti-heroine nod to Stephen King's Carrie.

Tony Baloni 0
Dude don't talk about Arrested Development, I get verclemped. "He's gonna be alright" "Oh thank God!" "Yes, he lost his left arm, so he's going to be all right" "Ok, you've really gotta stop doing that."
CanAm 6
Paul Newman as Cool Hand Luke Sean Connery as James Bond (particularly in Dr. No) I mean the man kills without compunction and uses up women like Kleenex. But he's the man women want and the man other men want to be. Clint Eastwood as Dirty Harry Callahan
TheLizard 1
Is Cool Hand Luke really an anti-hero? He was supposed to be a messiah figure, after all. Great movie and great acting by Newman, either way.
