Sweet Jane 61
...this one might be difficult...only have one lyric "I'm falling", but I do know it is from a group that was on the charts around 2000 to 2002...male singer, not really heavy rock but consider rock, I know it when I hear it or see the lyrics but I can't find it. And no it's not the one from Velvet Underground about falling to pieces, but the sound is along the same lines. Lucky
Is it this one? The song was released in 2006, and they repeat the lyric "I'm fallin". Savin' Me ~ Nickleback Even if it's not, I like it! Edited February 15, 2008 by Guest
Jim in Pa
Hey Jane, If the one that lucky just posted aint the one, give us alittle more to go on (anything). I found over 500 songs with those words used in them.. Some I know, but the way you describe this one dont ring a bell... If ya do get the title, but cant find the song let me know. I can probably get it. Jim Edit: PS/ I just found that lyric in one of "Creed's" songs from about that time line. Ya may want to check through they'er albums. Its called " I'm Falling Even More in Love with you" Edited February 15, 2008 by Guest
Shawna
Long shot, but it's got the right type of music, male singer, and the right timeline I think. Hanging By A Moment by Lifehouse Desperate for changing Starving for truth I'm closer to where I started Chasing after you I'm falling even more in love with you Letting go of all I've held onto I'm standing here until you make me move I'm hanging by a moment here with you Forgetting all I'm lacking Completely incomplete I'll take your invitation You take all of me now... I'm falling even more in love with you Letting go of all I've held onto I'm standing here until you make me move I'm hanging by a moment here with you I'm living for the only thing I know I'm running and not quite sure where to go And I don't know what I'm diving into Just hanging by a moment here with you There's nothing else to lose There's nothing else to find There's nothing in the world That can change my mind There is nothing else There is nothing else There is nothing else Desperate for changing Starving for truth I'm closer to where I started Chasing after you.... I'm falling even more in love with you Letting go of all I've held onto I'm standing here until you make me move I'm hanging by a moment here with you I'm living for the only thing I know I'm running and not quite sure where to go And I don't know what I'm diving into Just hanging by a moment here with you Just hanging by a moment (here with you) Hanging by a moment (here with you) Hanging by a moment here with you

Shawna
I love Lifehouse. They're probably my new favorite band. Besides Roger, of course.

Sweet Jane 61
Like both those songs Lucky and Shawna...but not the ones... Ok last night I remembered somthing else from the song "I'm on the outside looking in" at least I think that is the lyric, close to it... The Lifehouse song was one I hadn't heard in awhile and it fits my life somewhat now, thanks for the reminder of a cool tune Shawna!
indigoboo
Well, there's no "I'm falling", but this song certainly fits the rest of the requirements. Staind - Outside When You Bring me to my knee. All this time that I can beg you please. All the times that I've felt insecure. And I leave my burdens at the door. Chorus I'm on the outside, I'm looking in, I can see through you, See your true colors. 'Cause inside you're ugly, Ugly like me, I can see through you, See you the real you. All this time that I felt like this won't end, was for you. And I taste, but I could never have, its from you. All those times that I tried, my intention, full of pride. And I waste more time than anyone. I'm on the outside, I'm looking in, I can see through you, See your true colors. 'Cause inside you're ugly, Your ugly like me, I can see through you, See you the real you. All the times that I've cried, All this wasted it's all inside. And I feel all this pain, Stuffed it down it's back again. And I lie here in bed, All alone, A can't mend. And I feel tomorrow will be okay. I'm on the outside, I'm looking in, I can see through you, See your true colors. 'Cause inside you're ugly, Ugly like me, I can see through you, See you the real you. indigoboo
Also, this song is a similar timeframe and sound, and would explain the "I'm falling" part. Is it possible you have merged these 2 songs? FUEL "Hemorrhage (In My Hands)" Memories are just where you laid them Dragging the waters til the depths give up their dead What did you expect to find? Was it something you left behind? Don't you remember anything I said when I said, [Chorus:] Don't fall away and leave me to myself Don't fall away and leave love bleeding in my hands, in my hands again And leave love bleeding in my hands, in my hands Love lies bleeding Oh hold me now I feel contagious Am I the only place that you've left to go? She cries her life is like Some movie in black and white Dead actors faking lines, over and over and over again she cries [Chorus] And I watched as you turned away You don't remember, but I do You never even tried Don't fall away and leave me to myself Don't fall away and leave love bleeding in my hands, in my hands again Leave love bleeding in my hands, in my hands again Leave love bleeding in my hands, in my hands again, oh
Sweet Jane 61
It's the Staind tune, thank you indigoboo! Why I thought I'm falling was a lyric I'm not sure, I heard in on the way home and i had been flipping channels, could've had another song stuck in my mind also. I know the Fuel tune, I have that album. Thanks for everyone who helped out on this mess. My brain is just mush as of late. Thanks again everyone!
