The Seeker
First university exams here too, starting Monday! I've got all three exams in one week, so I can relax for a week afterwards while everyone else is still busy doing some last-minute revising... The Seeker
Also depends on how big your workload is, I guess. What do you study?

The Seeker
Astrology Astronomy sounds really interesting, if only I didn't suck completely at maths and physics... Psychology is my main subject, but so far I've still got English and Linguistics as subsidiary subjects. Edited January 11, 2008 by Guest

Farin
I think it's just a typo Astronomy is actually one of the most interesting sciences I know, I played with the thought of studying that myself - that or meteorology Edited January 11, 2008 by Guest
The Seeker
What do you do with a degree in astronomy or meteorology though? I really am curious... I can't really think of a lot of jobs.

I can't really think of a lot of jobs. exactly! with astronomy I can only think of research... maybe for a space agency? and with meteorology it could be research, forecasting, climatology etc.

The Seeker
True... lots of research jobs. I don't know if there's a lot of demand for those jobs though... I don't ever hear anything about them. (doesn't mean much of course)
Kevin
You dorks should all get into engineering in alternative energy sources . That's where the future is gonna be . As for psychology , you'll only learn that everyone is as mad as a hatter - including yourself , and then get really down on things . Either that or become a full on survivalist - but don't go too far - or you'll be meeting MarcM before you're ready .
