Very nice, Radhi, and perfectly acceptable!! :)

Not only acceptable, but actually the very definition of the criteria... could there be any more traditional Christmas fare? I've been watching some clips of the ballet. Thanks for bringing us back to a little culture! Sometimes we forget... ;)

I love "Happy Christmas" too. There are more possibilities than you realize, when you start to think about it.

Excuse me a moment, for a brief editorial comment...

I'm amazed at the diversity represented here by the theme of Christmas. This is what I believe: Christmas isn't necessarily a time for simple, happy thoughts and feelings. I think it's a time that your heart opens up to positive thoughts. To memories, and reflection, long time tradition and all things possible in the future. That's what's important, no matter what your feelings about the holiday are. Music is so much a part of us, and these songs reflect all those feelings.

That's it. I know, I'm a dork, and a sap over Christmas, but thanks to everyone that has participated! We'll begin voting tomorrow :)

Oops I almost forgot... Merry Christmas! ;)

Oh heck, I might as well nominate something...

How about a song from one of my favorite Christmas movies that I absolutely have to watch every year which is "A Christmas Story"...how about right on the end of the movie at the Chinese Restaurant the waiters singing "Deck The Halls"

Deck the hars with bows of horry, fah rah rah rah, rah rah rah rah...something like that.... :P

just as a reminder:

* ALL Songfacts members are invited to vote, whether you've nominated or not. The idea is for this to be THE SONGFACTOR'S CHOICE, so we need everyone's participation!

* List your 5 favorite Christmas songs, in order of preference, 1 through 5. They'll be allotted points, 5 for #1, 4 for #2, etc. We'll post the results, both here, and on the Main Page officially as......
